rule list

Bullying
Bullying is not tolerated in TVDA Amino, and we ask you to not use bullying as a solution to your problems. This includes any form of discrimination, rude content and/or comments, hateful messages, and call-out posts, and even directed at the Moderation Team.
If you have an issue with another user, please message a Leader or Curator with an explanation of your issue and send screenshots as your evidence to support your argument. There’s an option to flag the issue. However, it’s best to contact a Moderator as soon as possible. Please avoid engaging in matters that can result in negative consequences for yourself.
As per the Moderation Team’s judgment, the consequences for members will be determined. The results are more likely to be a strike, that follows a second strike, and an automatic ban.
═══════════════════
Spam / Off-Topic Content
Please do not post spam or off-topic content. This includes any irrelevant content not pertaining specifically to TVD, TO, Legacies A minimum of three lines is required for blogs, questions, and quizzes. A minimum of five lines is required for wiki entries. Failure to follow these instructions can resulted in a warning, a strike, and in extreme cases, a ban. Inactive public chats will also be disabled. Keep in mind that spam includes posting 5+ content in 30 minutes, empty content, attention seeking posts, quizzes about yourself, blogs that are only about your OC, polls about friends, 1x1 roleplay recruitment blogs or polls, asking whether you should stay or leave, advertisement of other Aminos, or advertising of external platforms. Content that is posted should be enjoyed by the entire community, which means nothing should be centered around yourself or group of friends. This does not include “About Me” pages as they serve as a more detailed bio.═══════════════════
Plagiarism
There is absolutely no form of plagiarism that will be permitted and taken from this community. You must only post original content and the following topics include aesthetic themes, artworks, biographies, blogs, fan-fictions, images, poems, and quizzes, etc. Please always ask the original owners for permission to use their content. If you have not asked, give credit. However, if the creator asks you to delete the copied content, please do not deny their request and accept it. Otherwise, a member from the Moderation Team will get involved and there are more likely to be consequences. There is zero tolerance for plagiarism, and these types of situations can easily lead to distributing strikes and possibly automatic bans.
PLEASE, DO NOT STEAL

Inappropriate Content
Amino is a 13+ application and this is a user-friendly environment. Please do not display content that is not suited for young eyes. Please be aware that the following topics of inappropriate contain: art, fan-fictions, links, messages, and pictures, etc. If the content contains things that are gory, sexually explicit, and violence, then a Curator or Leader will disable it. The Moderation Team will come to a final decision and choose the consequence. Please refrain from using heavy profanity and do not verbalize these derogatory words in every blog and message. It is permitted to a certain extent as a form of expression, but it will not be tolerated if it is directed at other members. In order to remain safe, do not share your private information to others in public chats or posts. This includes kik usernames, emails, phone numbers, addresses, private social media accounts, etc. Keep this information in only private messages. You may share images of yourself, but it’s very risky and we recommend not doing so.
═══════════════════
RoleplayThe concept of roleplaying is a huge aspect in this community. There are a couple of strict rules that must be followed in order for individuals to remain safe. Dialogue must take place in public and private roleplay chat rooms. If you are in charge of a private roleplay chat room, the Moderation Team must be aware of it.PUBLIC CHAT ROOM SETTING
Organizers are expected to type a thorough plot, rules, and the list of assigned characters in the chat’s description. There must be at least five sentences that represents what the public chat room is based on. Canon Characters, Original Characters, or plots must relate to Riverdale. For example, you can have a Riverdale-based plot with OC only or a random plot with CC characters. Please be inclusive and explain that all members can join. If you choose to remove a member from your chat, please message them to explain why they were removed.
INACTIVE PUBLIC CHAT ROOMS
If a public chat room has been inactive for 30 days and it is no longer intact, then it will automatically be disabled and you will not be notified.
ROLEPLAY BLOGS = SPAM
Blogs and polls that are posted to recruit for 1x1 roleplay are not permitted. You may create recruitment blogs that are designated for larger roleplays. If it’s a public chat room, you must include all members that would like to join. If it’s a private chat room for a group, the Moderation Team must be informed about it. This is non-negotiable and we will not tolerate exclusion! Please enter the public chat room, “Find Roleplayers”, to search for members that would like to roleplay with you in a private or public chat room.
Once again, this community is for 13+ users and we ask that you‘re considerate of your actions, members’ feelings, and the content that you display for others to view. Please refrain from disrespecting the Moderation Team’s wishes and stay clear from the strike system. Do not participate in sexual content and it is not allowed in public and private chat rooms. Please respect the boundary and the farthest you can go is kissing and explaining the characters are making out. For example, if the Organizer types in the chat’s description of the roleplay chat room, “Smut is allowed,” or “Smut is NOT allowed. Please take it to PM,” it is not okay. An indication of anything gory, sexual, nudity, and violent, by the Moderation Team will be disabled. If you notice that these rules are not being followed by a member, contact a Moderation Team member or flag the content that breaks the Guidelines and Team Amino’s Terms of Service.═══════════════════AdvertisingThis Information was addressed in Section 3, but we would like to clarify what the advertising policies are for this community. Please do not post advertisement in blogs for exterior platforms and accounts unless you have been giving permission from a Leader or Curator. If you want to learn more about advertising on last sentence there will a link attached to a wiki about advertising policies It’s essential to receive permission from a Moderator before advertising other Aminos. It restrictedly prohibits the Guidelines unless you do not kindly ask a staff member. Currently, [Nina|http://aminoapps.com/p/yfcgd5r] is in charge of advertisements for Aminos and please privately message her for further information. Please keep in mind that if you are given permission, the maximum is to ONLY post ONE blog. If you request to privately message members individually, then this also requires [Nina’s|http://aminoapps.com/p/yfcgd5r] permission. Please read [Advertising Policy|http://aminoapps.com/p/088dcm]═══════════════════

11. GroupsGroups are organized chats with members who act as leaders that recruit other members for specified positions that post on a set time schedule. To create a group on TVD Amino, you must message a member of the Moderation Team to have it approved. Approach them with the name of your group, your idea (make sure it is well explained), the positions, the schedule, and tell us what makes the group unique.
Once the group is discussed with the rest of the Moderation Team, the Leader or Curator you messaged will respond to you and let you know if it is approved or declined and you may either carry on from there or try again later. More information about groups can be found here [Group applications|http://aminoapps.com/p/hbbdlw]
═══════════════════
Flagging / ReportingWe consider flagging to be when you report something via Amino options that are given to you. In order to flag something, you would need to find the ‘Flag for Review’ option. We consider reporting to be the way members communicate with the Moderation Team directly. This is done by messaging a Leader or Curator with the context of the situation, links to profiles of the members involved, screenshots of the situation, and your take on the situation or what you would like the Moderation Team to do. In most cases, it is better to just approach the Moderation Team with the details as the flagging system can glitch. Just message any one of us. More information here [How flagging works|http://aminoapps.com/p/xb4lkhv]═══════════════════
